It all started with a tent, two curious Shibas, and a love for the great outdoors.

Our very first camping trip with Monty and Gadget was in a simple tent—just us, the pups, and a whole lot of trial and error. We quickly realized that camping with dogs came with its own unique set of challenges (and unforgettable moments). From that first trip, we were hooked—but we knew we needed a setup that offered a bit more comfort for all of us.

That’s when we converted an enclosed utility trailer into our very own small camper. It became our little home on wheels, and the real adventures began.

Since then, we’ve taken our camper across state parks, KOAs, and Army Corps of Engineers campgrounds, always on the lookout for the best pet-friendly spots. Whether it’s hiking trails, dog beaches, or cozy campfire evenings, we’re all about finding places where Monty and Gadget can be part of the adventure.
